Time in the Art: Inspirations - Situational Awareness

Hosted by Senior Tai Chi Teacher Patrick Wooldridge

Patrick will draw on decades of experience providing close security for eminent personages like the Gyalwa Karmapa, the Dalai Lama, Pope John Paul II, Oscar Ichazo, Jimi Hendrix, and the Jefferson Airplane.

We will practice techniques both general and specific, interspersed with inspirational stories (and perhaps even videos!).

“I am a Federal Air Marshal. If I had to access all the training I've received throughout my career and pick one essential skill I could pass along to everyone I care about, It would be situational awareness.” – Gary Quesenberry, author, veteran, former Senior Federal Air Marshal
