Practicing empty steps in Tai Chi—touching the ground without bearing weight—helps build balance, stability, and body awareness. This Time in the Art invites us to explore empty steps and to discover how the principle of separating our weight can be both powerful in Tai Chi and meaningful in our lives.
This series of monthly classes is taught by experienced teachers and are suitable for all levels of Tai Chi students.
