Time in the Art: Principles – The Essence of Rooting Part II
Hosted by Senior Tai Chi Teacher: Bob Etherington
In the March Time in the Art, we examined the concept of rooting from both theoretical and energetic perspectives, exploring how energy releases downward through our legs and feet, to connect with the earth below.
In this working session, we'll delve into growing root and applying it to our tai chi and push hands practice. Come warmed up and be prepared to stretch your limits while taking care of your well-being.
