Join the Tai Chi Foundation’s Time in the Arts program – a unique exploration where tai chi principles meet artistic expression. Designed for participants of all levels, this immersive experience weaves movement, creativity, and reflection into a living art form.  They cover a wide range of topics, including tai chi principles and the five excellences of Professor Cheng Man-ch’ing.

This series of monthly classes is taught by experienced teachers and are suitable for all levels of Tai Chi students.

A free program for Foundation Members (Become A Member).
$20 for non-members.
